By using this website or booking transportation services with Next Lane Transport LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Role of Next Lane Transport
Next Lane Transport LLC operates as a transportation broker. We arrange transportation services through independent, federally licensed and insured motor carriers. We do not own trucks, employ drivers, or physically transport cargo.
2. Quotes & Pricing
- All quotes are based on information provided by the customer.
- Pricing may change if shipment details are inaccurate or incomplete, including but not limited to:
- Vehicle size or condition
- Operability status
- Dimensions and weight (equipment)
- Pickup or delivery access restrictions
- Quotes are estimates, not guarantees, unless confirmed in writing.
3. Booking & Payment
- Payment terms are disclosed at booking and confirmed prior to dispatch.
- Some shipments may require a deposit or payment upon carrier assignment.
- By booking, the customer authorizes Next Lane Transport LLC to process payment for brokerage services.
4. Pickup & Delivery
- Pickup and delivery dates are estimated windows, not guaranteed appointment times.
- Delays caused by weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or other factors beyond our control are not grounds for cancellation or refund.
- Customer must ensure the vehicle or equipment is accessible and ready at pickup.
5. Vehicle & Equipment Condition
- Vehicles must be in safe condition unless disclosed as non-running.
- Equipment dimensions and weight must be accurate.
- Personal items are not recommended and may not be insured.
6. Non-Running & Inoperable Vehicles
- Non-running vehicles require specialized equipment.
- Failure to disclose inoperability may result in additional charges or shipment delays.
7. Insurance & Liability
- All carriers arranged through Next Lane Transport maintain active cargo and liability insurance.
- Carrier insurance applies while cargo is in the carrier’s possession.
- Next Lane Transport LLC is not responsible for carrier-caused damage but will assist in the claims process.
8. Inspection & Claims
- Customers must inspect cargo at delivery.
- Any damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading at delivery.
- Claims must be reported promptly according to carrier guidelines.
9. Cancellations & Fees
- Orders canceled after carrier dispatch may incur a cancellation or dispatch fee.
- Truck Ordered Not Used (TONU) fees may apply if the carrier arrives and cargo is unavailable.
10. Prohibited Items
The following may not be shipped:
- Hazardous materials
- Illegal substances
- Firearms or explosives
- Household goods
- Undisclosed personal property
11. Customer Responsibilities
Customer agrees to:
- Provide accurate shipment details
- Be available for communication
- Ensure legal authority to ship the vehicle or equipment
12. Limitation of Liability
Next Lane Transport LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to brokerage fees paid to the Company.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Modifications
Next Lane Transport LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.
