This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services arranged by Next Lane Transport LLC.

Next Lane Transport LLC acts as a transportation broker. Fees charged are for brokerage, coordination, and administrative services.

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

• A carrier has not been dispatched
   
• Services have not commenced
   
• Cancellation is made within the allowed timeframe
   

Refunds will not be issued if:

• A carrier has been assigned or dispatched
   
• A Truck Ordered Not Used (TONU) situation occurs
   
• Incorrect or incomplete shipment information was provided
   
• Delays occur due to weather, traffic, or carrier scheduling
   

Cancellations after dispatch may result in:

• Dispatch fees
   
• Administrative fees
   
• Carrier TONU charges
   

These fees will be deducted from any eligible refund.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
